Nick Zigler
I believe in building relationships before building anything else.
The complexities of building the finest home are simple compared to the complexities of human behavior. This work means working together, and a service-oriented attitude can be a make-or-break tool.
In my past roles as Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent, this attitude has uncovered common ground to solve even the most complicated problems for clients — and it makes for an enjoyable work experience.
Throughout the projects I’ve realized — including centuries-old commercial buildings, historical homes, modern homes, and my mom’s kitchen — what I think of first are all the people I’m grateful to have worked with. They stay with me, even into the next project.
Why?
It’s simple: I make your goals happen through this commitment to collaboration.
Approach
As an advocate, my first job is to listen to you and your project concerns and goals.
I then create a feasibility analysis with an itemized schedule and budget, adapting all aspects to your feedback. While I’m comfortable making recommendations proven by decades of industry experience in construction, permitting, estimating, feasibility studies, and turnkey management, my main role is information provider, using data outcomes and project milestones to help you develop your own decision-making.
I make sure you succeed by making sure the whole team succeeds — from the architect, to the contractor, to every sub-contractor and consultant.
