His experience spans custom residences, estate properties, hillside developments, historic buildings, and technically demanding projects requiring close coordination among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and owners.

Her work connects contracts, consultant coordination, budgeting, scheduling, entitlement strategy, and executive-level project management within a cohesive owner-side process. Beginning during early feasibility — and often before a property is acquired — she helps owners evaluate opportunities, structure project teams, negotiate agreements, and maintain alignment through design, permitting, preconstruction, and construction.
Rather than managing disciplines independently, Bri works across them, ensuring that information and decisions remain connected to the owner’s objectives, budget, schedule, and long-term vision.
She believes successful projects are not the product of better information alone. They result from asking better questions, establishing a stronger framework, and creating alignment before critical decisions are made.
